A family came to us for help. They wanted to move to a bigger home, since they outgrew their current home. But they didn’t have the funds to repair everything in order to actually sell it to someone that needed a loan.
FYI… Banks and VA Lenders will not give loans on homes with repairs or things not up to code.
And the house hadn’t been updated in over 10 years. So we gave the owners peace of mind by taking on all the repairs and re-development work as well as selling their home for them.
All they had to do was pack up and moved out.
